Where a third-party supplier or distributor is involved in fulfilling an order, the customer’s contractual relationship for the purchase remains with Top Brands Online unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

This means that a parcel may occasionally be dispatched from a third-party warehouse rather than from a Top Brands Online facility.

Top Brands Online does not offer a general voluntary change-of-mind return programme.
